Pully, just a sophomore, was a dominant force at the net for Lisa Conrad's Rams. Pully hammered home 122 kills and had 43 blocks to lead the way. Pully also registered 50 digs and clicked on 122 of 134 serves, driving home 17 aces in the process.

"Coming in as a sophomore, Sara had a lot of work to do in order to become a starter, but her hard work ethic and desire earned her a starting spot," explained Conrad. "She ended up dominating the net and the other team always knew when she was up front. She also received offensive player of the year for our team."

Lake, also just a sophomore, tallied 100 kills, 151 digs and 18 digs on the season. She served at a remarkable rate, finding the range on 181 of 184 serves.

"When Casey was on the court she made very few mistakes," praised Conrad. "She capitalized every time the ball came to her and she saw the court well. She received co-most valuable player of the season for our team."

Groulx also received league Honorable Mention. The talented junior was good on 737 of 767 assist attempts and recorded 264 assists on the year. She served at a 159-for-169 rate, notching a dozen aces along the way. Groulx had 145 digs.

"Kirsti was our captain and she did a fantastic job setting our hitters up," remarked Conrad. "She stepped it up and ended up being our co-most valuable player. She led our team on and off the court."
