A budget hearing will be held during the next board meeting to discuss the budget further before it is adopted.

In action items, the board approved awarding the financial audit bid to Weinlander Fitzhugh. Total value of the three-year contract is $33,900 with $11,100 to be paid in the first year, $11,300 to be paid in the second year, and $11,500 in the third year.

In other action the board approved the second reading of the NEOLA policy update and renewal of the district's MHSAA membership.

The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 26.
