Chesaning Chamber hosts fireworks July 3

CHESANING - Make plans now to join friends in Chesaning's Showboat Park on July 3 for the Chesaning Chamber of Commerce's annual fireworks display. Refreshments will be available from vendors including Subway, Frosty's Ice Cream, Korny Kernels Kettle Korn and the Boy Scouts' famous popcorn, beginning at 4 p.m. Families are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets and a picnic supper to relax and enjoy the holiday and show. The fireworks will be set off at dusk. A $5 per car parking donation will be collected at the entrace of the park to offset the cost of the fireworks. This event is sponsored by the Chesaning Area Chamber of Commerce.
